Kinesiology is a holistic modality that works with the body’s innate intelligence. Through gentle muscle testing, it helps identify stress patterns held within the nervous system, whether they stem from physical strain, emotional experiences, subconscious beliefs, or long-standing life patterns.


My work combines kinesiology with mind-body medicine and somatic healing to support people in addressing the root causes of ongoing challenges, rather than managing symptoms alone.

I specialise in working with people experiencing:

  • Relationship challenges or repeating patterns

Each session is guided by you and your nervous system. Sessions are focused on creating safety, clarity, and reconnection so your system can naturally move toward resolution.

We explore what you’re experiencing through grounded conversation, while also tuning into how emotions, stress, and experiences are held in the body, not just understood intellectually.

Insight and solutions for core patterns

Sessions focus on identifying the deeper drivers behind symptoms or challenges, such as protective patterns, belief systems, or relational dynamics and supporting you with practical, embodied ways to move beyond them.

Gentle body work and nervous system regulation

Using kinesiology and acupressure points, sessions work directly with the nervous system to release stored stress and support regulation, helping the body move out of survival states and into healing.

A holistic symptom framework using Traditional Chinese Medicine

A full symptom intake is explored through Traditional Chinese Medicine and organ theory, helping you understand the meaningful connections between your physical symptoms, emotional patterns, and life themes.

Visualisations and guided meditations

Visualisation and meditation may be used to access subconscious patterns, strengthen inner resources, and support emotional integration in a safe and contained way.
