New to Pogozo
1. Enter your email address
2. Create your password
3. Add your personal details
4. Book your next appointment from your Pogozo dashboard
Already on Pogozo
1. Open the Pogozo app
2. Select Sign In
3. Select Forgot Password?
4. Enter your email address
5. Follow the instructions to reset your password and you're in!
From your Pogozo dashboard you can:

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. To be fair to our practitioners and other clients waiting for appointments, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
✅ More than 24 hours' notice: No charge.
⏳ Between 24 and 6 hours' notice: 50% of the full session fee will be charged.
❌ Less than 6 hours' notice (including no-shows): The full session fee will be charged.
This gives us a fair chance to fill your spot with another client who needs care. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small team.
