One hour of circuit style strength, balance, co-ordination drills and cardio to assist with building lean muscles mass safely for women. Health Rebate Claiming applies 

Pilates Reformer Rehabilitation

Instructor: Isobel Barak - Physiotherapist 
Initial Pilates Assessment 45 mins $155 
Private 1 on 1 Training 45 mins $125 
Small Group Training (2-3) 60 mins $55 

The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. The origins of the Pilates reformer date back to the 1920's and was designed by Joseph Pilates himself.

Mat Pilates Class

Yoga For Pain

Physio guided, therapeutic yoga class developed specifically for those experiencing persistent pain. Slow moves, Breath work, Relaxation techniques, etc.

1 on 1 Movement Coaching

Choose your Movement Teacher : Pilates, Yoga, Functional Fitness, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, Run coaching, all available on request. 
$115  for 1 on 1 sessions 

Our instructors can assess your body, identify your goals and guide you through customised movement sessions.Book a regularly weekly session, turn up, show up and steadily progress towards your health and fitness goals. Ideal for those who are slightly anxious about moving safely, or have high level needs, or simply want results faster.
