All group classes are designed to be taken for a full school term (9-10 weeks). If you cannot commit to the whole block, please discuss your options with our friendly reception staff.

About our group classes

Strength Classes
Duration: 60 min.
Instructor: Jess and Jana
A class of circuit-style strength, balance, coordination drills and cardio to assist with building lean muscle mass safely for women. We'll be incorporating matwork, props and pilates equipment.
Health Rebate Claiming applies.

Mat & Restore Pilates
Duration: 60 min.
Instructors: Jana, Jess and Chelle
Pilates is a total-body workout, with powerful cross-training benefits, focusing on strength, mobility, endurance, body alignment and breath control.
Suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels.
We offer both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

Functional Flow
Duration: 60 min.
Instructor: Ignacio
Functional Flow is a semi-private strength and movement class designed to improve coordination, stability, and full-body control. Using rehab and training equipment such as balls, bands, cables, weights, and balance tools, each session is tailored to individual needs, helping you build functional strength, move with confidence, and reduce injury risk.

Foot to Core - Balance
Duration: 60 min.
Instructor: Isobel and Ignacio
A fun and dynamic circuit style class, focusing on foot mobility, strength and mind to body integration. Use different balance surfaces and positions to challenge the line from foot to core, as well as working on the vestibular and visual systems to help you stay balanced.

Reformer Pilates (semi-private)
Duration: 60 min.
Instructors: Mia, Isobel, Jess and Jana
Our semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions offer a high level of individual attention in a small group setting. Led by experienced physios and Pilates instructors, these classes focus on rehabilitation, movement quality, and progressive strength, ideal for injury recovery.

Surf Flow Training

Surf Flow is a dynamic system designed to target all the physical demands of surfing. Enhance your breathing, mobility, flexibility, core strength and overall power. The method combines techniques from Animal Flow and the U. Natural method. Improve your balance, endurance, and most importantly, prevent surf injuries and shred in the water!
