About the event

Back Pain is Costing Australians Billions of dollars every year. 

8/10 of us are affected at some point in our lives. 

If you don't have it yourself, you definitely know someone who does.

It's a real problem which can lead to opiate abuse, unemployment, relationship stress, depression, anxiety and 

sometimes suicide

As a physiotherapist with over 26 years in the healthcare industry I can tell you there are missing pieces of the 

back pain puzzle which I hope to share with you in this workshop. 

When someone hurts their back, all the focus is on their physical body

Do these pieces of advice sound familiar? 

"You gotta get stronger" " You gotta strengthen your core" "Stretch your Hamstrings"  "Wake up your gluts"  "Stretch your Piriformis" " Take these Pain killers " "Rest your body" " Stop Lifting" "Stop sitting" and on and on it goes. 

Most of these pieces of advice are outdated, and create more long term issues. 

Perhaps, even more dangerously, they neglect totally the fact, that we are more than a physical body. 

We also all experience  thoughts and feelings which either HELP or HINDER our healing journey. 

Stubborn Back Pain is not as simple as a few stretches or a few moves to "strengthen your core". 

And in fact, that idea is a HUGE insult to anyone struggling to escape the nightmare. 

To Build a Bulletproof Back you need a holistic approach, which empowers you with all 3 aspects of healing - 

Mindset, Emotional Regulation and Quality Movement Practices. 

Over the past 26 years I have developed a system which equips back pain sufferer's with all the skills they need 

to "take back" their power and supercharge their own healing - without pills, complicated workouts, or ongoing visits to therapists. 

If you suffer stubborn persistent back pain - I invite you to come along to this 90 min workshop where I will share with you a whole new perspective on your pain, teach you some unique movement concepts and encourage you to understand the power of your emotions. It's going to be a FUN, LIGHT, INFORMATIVE and INSPIRING session.
