Embodied Freedom: A Sailing Retreat for Body, Mind & Soul
Step away from the constant noise and reclaim your calm. Aboard a 65-foot yacht off the pristine Western Australian coast, you’ll spend three days recalibrating your body, mind and soul; trading deadlines for deep breaths, and stress for stillness.
Imagine waking to the soft sway of the ocean and the scent of salt air as sunlight dances across the deck. Your morning begins with gentle breathwork and movement, guided by physiotherapist, psychedelic assisted therapist and ocean athlete Marion McRae, helping your body release tension and awaken to possibility.
As the yacht glides through turquoise waters, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s wisdom in new ways. Workshops on emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement unfold naturally between ocean dips, quiet journaling, and heartfelt conversation. Every moment invites presence, every horizon a reminder of freedom.
