QiGong Class

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. A slow practice suitable for all ages, which promotes radiant health, vitality, strength and ease.

Come and immerse yourself in our open play space with direct river frontage. Run/ walk up hills, climb ropes, flip tyres, build rock stacks, walk balance beams and learn to move like a kid again. Cold water immersion in the river is optional afterwards, and hot chai tea is provided.

Yoga Stretches

Yoga For Pain

Physio guided, therapeutic yoga class developed specifically for those experiencing persistent pain. Slow moves, Breath work, Relaxation techniques, etc.

Aerial Yoga Rehabilitation

Physio guided, therapeutic classes to help with sensory-motor development in children, and injury management and prevention in adults. The ability of the slings to offer inversion, anti-gravity postures and 3D movement opportunities is totally fun and unique.

Our instructors can assess your body, identify your goals and guide you through customised pilates, yoga or general fitness sessions.
