Our studio is a wonderful space in which you can unwind and learn more about yoga and meditation. Our teachers are passionate about their own practice of yoga, are friendly, professional, highly trained and always happy to answer your questions. We currently offer Vinyasa Flow Classes and Aerial Yoga Options.

Aerial – The only Studio in the SW offering this style of movement!!

Aerial Yoga also integrates the fun side of being safely suspended and cradled in a circus silk with the therapeutic benefits of increased circulation, strength, flexibility and calming the mind. The nature of being suspended provides a unique opportunity to reverse the pressures of gravity, particularly on the spine. To learn more visit here.

Like Hatha, Vinyasa is a general term that describes many different styles of yoga. It essentially means movement synchronized with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations. You may also see a Vinyasa yoga class referred to as a flow class, which refers to the continuous flow from one posture to the next.

Contemporary Pilates is suitable for popular sports as well as for therapy and can be offered as group classes or individual training sessions. The Contemporary Pilates concept, developed by art of motion training in movement, respects the classical principles of Pilates. With the knowledge of holistic anatomy and modern science of motion, Karin Gurtner has given the method multi-dimensionality and adapted functional goals to today’s realities. The repertoire has been extended by a variety of exercises that can be built upon and designed safely and efficiently at any level. Each movement is performed with clear intention and body awareness.

Due to differentiated work, the method is tremendously efficient when it comes to short-term goals, such as pain-free motion and functional strength; as well as long-term goals, such as physical balance and adaptability. The individual is always in the foreground. We customise Pilates to our customers and their needs. For this reason, no one is excluded. A top athlete benefits equally from Pilates as someone who is undergoing rehabilitation or the person who is just having fun when exercising. Physical well-being, freedom and efficiency of movement, balance, improved body awareness and energy can all be attributed to Pilates. One has to experience it to believe it. Let the body speak!

As a broad introduction to our classes;

Foundation Pilates is where to start if you have zero pilates experience and wish to refresh the basics.
Pilates Flow & Essentials would be your next level to experience more sequenced and integrated moves. Ideal for those with prior experience.

Pilates Flow is for those experienced with Contemporary Pilates who have attended several Flow and Essentials Classes and are familiar with the moves.
